If you’re dreaming of a timeless venue with both historic charm and modern convenience, a Hotel Utica wedding is an amazing choice! Originally built in 1912, this beautifully restored hotel sits in the heart of downtown Utica, making it easily accessible for you and your guests. With its grand ballroom, mezzanine, and flexible event spaces, it’s perfect for any wedding style—whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a big celebration.
For Kelli and Joe’s wedding, they had their ceremony at a beautiful parish in Little Falls, NY, and then headed to Hotel Utica for a night filled with good food, great company, and plenty of dancing! Although, if you’re dreaming of a hotel wedding from start to finish, you can even exchange vows in the Hotel Utica’s elegant lobby!

The 3,800-square-foot Crystal Ballroom is the highlight of Hotel Utica’s wedding spaces. It can accommodate up to 300 guests, making it perfect for larger weddings. The space is stunning with high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and plenty of room for dining and dancing. There’s also an attached area where you can set up a cocktail hour or cake-cutting station, giving your reception a nice flow.
