I am a believer in fate, and that most everything happens for a reason. Anne and Jeff have one of those “it must have been fate” type of love stories! Born the same year, the same month, the same day, and just minutes apart from each other, it seems like this was written in the stars, or like something you would only see out of one of those “too good to be true” hallmark movies. But no, it actually happened, and years later (during their senior year of college to be exact) the stars aligned and the two finally met while at a party at Siena college. After nine months of getting to know each other and becoming friends, Jeff asked Anne out to dinner, and to officially be his girlfriend. Anne had a “feeling” the first day they met, (she thought to herself, “watch, I’m going to marry this guy.”) Then after college, they both went their separate ways, but Jeff couldn’t stop thinking about Anne, and just missed being around her, that’s when he realized she was the one. Once it all clicked, and a surprise proposal was planned (and successfully executed thanks to the help of some awesome park rangers,) a wedding date was set and here we are today!
Yes, I skipped ahead, but I am so excited to share more about their wedding day! Anne and Jeff are an incredibly sweet couple with adventurous spirits and we love that about them! We were so happy to get to know them over the past year and we were honored to be a part of their wedding! Held at the Cannery, Anne and Jeff were all smiles ( and some nerves) leading up to the first look. The first look was the part of the day that these two were most looking forward to because let’s face it, they just wanted to start sharing the day together a lot quicker! We love first looks for that reason, and because of sweet reactions like Jeff’s! It was all love between them from that point on, like looking at heart eye emojis all day, it was so sweet seeing how they smiled at each other. That, combined with the vows they wrote for one another and this was the perfect combination for some classic “stop crying again for the 100th time during a ceremony, Lexi” type tears. Sometimes though, when a moment is so sincere it’s impossible for me not to get caught up in emotion, and that’s what flooded from Anne and Jeff’s entire wedding day, true, strong, and powerful love.
Anne and Jeff, we hope that your future is filled with so many more adventures and that same sweet love, congratulations!
