Pizza brought these two together, so you might call it a modern-day love story. It’s pretty normal to not love your part-time job, but something that helps make up for that is falling for your boss. That’s exactly what happened with Sara when she started working at Rocco’s Pizzeria. They fell for each other and bonded over their shared love of country music, their wonderful sense of humor and “warm weather and cold drinks”. Sara and Rocco are an easy couple to love and it’s clear to see why they fell for each. They are thoughtful and selfless, just overall wonderful friends that put heart into whatever they do or whoever they are with. From their first date at a Jason Aldean concert where their seats may have been terrible but the company was definitely not. To the proposal in the Hollywood hills in front of a helicopter, they built a relationship and also a family with their two fur babies, Cali and Winnie.
Their wedding day was spent at Owera Vineyards, where the rain held out for us the entire day up until the cocktail hour- perfect timing! Rocco and Sara were present throughout the whole day and soaking in every moment. Emotions ran high during the first look and seeing the smiles that shot across their faces the first time they saw each other as Bride and Groom, could have made even the most emotionless person shed a tear! But, because of that amazing sense of humor I mentioned, they went from tears to laughter, and for the rest of the day, our cheeks were mostly sore from all the smiling we were doing! For that matter, it was clear to see that they got that fun-loving trait from their families. Their reception was a blast, we loved sharing sweet stories and laughs along with their guests and we felt so welcomed as more than just photographers but friends as well! Oh yeah, and remember that rain that I had mentioned earlier? It brought us a gorgeous rainbow, a symbol of good luck!
