If you haven’t already seen Keith and Hien’s firework picture, stop reading this and go check it out! It is the photo that perfectly sums up their wedding day, these two where radiating beams of love! Leading up to the big day I didn’t think anything would be able to top how incredible their engagement session was, but happily, I was proven wrong! Everything that Tom and I dream of for capturing a wedding day came true this past Saturday. Keith and Hien, besides being fun-loving, bubbly, jovial people, also knew how to tune into each other for some remarkably sincere and romantic moments. The authenticity of the love that they shared for each other and positivity that the guests surrounded them with, was really something special!
The celebration took place at Wolf Oak Acres, our second time back this season, but this time everything was in full bloom! The leaves had popped open on the trees and the scent of blossoms filled the air! Tom and I were scoping out some photo locations when Keith and Hien pulled up in their car together, yes- together! We loved that they spent 90% of their wedding day together, only staying apart for their outfit changes (which they had two of by the way!) When they were apart Hien and her beautiful Bridesmaids kept the energy of the day going with endless selfies and champagne toasts! I had a blast with these sweet girls, and clearly, Tom, Keith, and the groomsmen were having fun too, because we could hear all the guys laughing from the next room over! When the wedding dress #1 was on, Hien met Keith in the woods for a very special and intimate first look, where there were teary eyes in front of, and behind the camera! I could go on and on about how sweet the moment was, but I think the pictures say it all! From there we hopped around taking tons of photos with the wedding party, many of which involved the tree swing because everyone loves a play break! When it came time for the ceremony Keith and Hien changed into Vietnamese wedding attire, Keith wore Ao Dai in the color red to symbolize happiness, love, luck, and celebration, they also both wore the traditional wedding hat- Khan Dong. Keith stood in wait for his bride under the floral adorned Chuppa, and as Hien and her parents made their way down the path everyone was cheering! The pondside ceremony was just as beautiful as the couple themselves, every guest had a smile on their face as Keith and Hien shared their vows and sealed it with a kiss! Inside the barn the party had already started, Black Tie Entertainment had beats pumping, and seconds after dinner the dance floor was FILLED! If the heartfelt wedding toasts, dance battles, or “Hora” chair dance wasn’t enough for you to know that this was a wedding to top all wedding’s, then the sparklers and elaborate firework show surely did the trick! Yeah…they went there (and we’re thrilled they did!)
Keith and Hien, you two bring everyone so much joy when you are around! We are wishing you all of the love and happiness for your future together (and for your fur babies, Nub and Bun)! Congratulations!
This is so beautiful. I loved how the groom was open to getting married in traditional Vietnamese attire. So lovely.
