With a wedding party of 19, it is easy to see that Michele and Kevin are loved! This awesome group was so much fun. Combine that with the undeniable passion between Michele and Kevin, and you can see why we loved sharing in the joy of their day with them!
While the girls were getting their hair done at Tangles salon in Rome, Kevin and his groomsmen were back at Kevin’s parents house. The guys were super chill, just hanging out, cracking jokes and helping each other with ties and boutonnieres. While the girls were just as helpful with each other, lip glosses in one hand and mascara in the other, they dolled each other up. It was awesome to see them all dance around the room in a cloud of powders and setting sprays.
Once all the guys were dressed and ready, they piled into the party bus and headed over to St. Joseph’s Church in Utica. The groomsmen began greeting guests at the doors as Kevin paced up and down the aisle, anxious and excited to see his bride. As the bus drove off to pick up Michele and her girls, the church filled quickly. The bridesmaids all gathered together for Michele’s final reveal. When she stepped into the room they could not hold back their tears! Michele was a dream in her stunning beaded gown.
When the bus pulled up outside the church and everyone was seated inside, you could hear the bells chime and the music begin. Michele was quickly whisked off the bus and into the side door of the church, hidden away with her father. They shared smiles between each other as they squeezed each others hands. As the train of girls made their way down the aisle, Michele moved closer and closer to the doors, her eyes sparkling more with each step. The doors opened and the smile that spread across Kevin’s face was unforgettable. They joined hands and never took their eyes off each other the entire ceremony.
After the beautiful ceremony, the couple and their entourage piled into the bus and rode to Proctor park for pictures. They were down for anything, having fun toasting the couple, spending time with Michele and Kevin’s two adorable Pomeranian babies, and even paying a few kids for a photo op. with their bicycle.
From there we hurried over to Valentino’s, where we took the newlyweds into the ceremony room while it was still empty, they danced around the empty dance floor wrapped in each other arms. The room was adorned with flowing drapery and glowing lights. You also couldn’t help but go crazy over the sweets table- it stretched over an entire wall of the room and was filled with cookies, brownies and cake!
The night was unforgettable, great music, awesome food, and the guests were so much fun! Thank you Michele and Kevin for sharing your day with us! Congratulations!
