Rachel and Mark’s wedding could not have been sweeter, the day was a beautiful reflection of the couple’s personalities. Right when we arrived, Rachel and her bridesmaids were getting ready, and already looking adorable in their matching bedazzled bridesmaids shirts! The girls were buzzing around the room, laughing and working with each other. This bridal party was awesome, they had such amazing support and excitement for Rachel, it was endearing to see all the girls gather around on the floor of the living room as she finished her hair. The excitement only grew when Rachel’s dress was hung up- it became so real at that moment! As her mother helped Rachel into her dress, all phones were out and up, waiting to snap a selfie with the stunning bride. Elegant and timeless, Rachel was glowing in her gorgeous gown, with a flowing train.
Just a short drive away Mark and his groomsmen were getting suited up. These guys were too cool, laid back and busting chops all morning- what an awesome group of guys to have by your side! During the portrait session with Mark, there was something you couldn’t pass up; taking a picture with-Mark’s dad’s vintage car! Pulling it out of the garage and puffing smoke over to the perfect spot, the guys fell into character, they were made for that moment- with the perfect poses and expressions it was a unique shot and an awesome moment!
From there it was a quick drive over to The Beeches Inn in Rome. The girls quickly gathered upstairs before the guys arrived, making sure to hide Rachel away! The guests flooded into the beautiful garden ceremony. With every chair full, it was time to begin. Rachel took her father’s arm and followed her bridesmaids down the stairs, and out the door. Although hidden behind the tall shrubs, they had to keep their voices low, while whispers of “its happening” floated quietly from girl to girl. As the music played and each bridesmaid left to walk down the aisle, you could see Rachel’s expression change with each step till she was the last one left, a blend of so many emotions, nerves, and excitement. It was her turn. With a fluff of her train and a deep breath she took her walk to Mark. Smiling the entire way, with a tear coming down, it was a breathtaking moment to see their love.
The reception was just as beautiful as the ceremony. After beating the rain during the portrait session we came back to the Beeches reception hall. With stunning tall centerpieces, delicious food and awesome music, it was a fun night for all!
Thank you for letting us be a part of your day! Congratulations Rachel and Mark.
